1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold by LOBIXO are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been generated and delivered, the product has been fully delivered in accordance with our agreement.
Due to the nature of digital products — which can be instantly duplicated and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — we maintain a strict no-refund policy as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws governing digital goods.
2. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase.
- Failure to read the product description, contents, or this Refund Policy prior to purchase.
- The product did not meet subjective expectations that were not explicitly stated in the product listing.
- You no longer need the product after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- You did not use or implement the product after purchase.
- Results from using the kit did not meet your individual financial expectations (results depend entirely on your effort, market conditions, and execution).
3. Technical Delivery Issues
We will resolve technical delivery problems at no additional cost. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at bylobixo@gmail.com:
- Corrupted files: Any file in your kit that is unreadable, corrupted, or incompatible with standard software.
- Missing files: A file listed in the product description that was not included in your delivery.
- Download link failure: A delivery link that does not function or has expired before you were able to download.
We will attempt to resolve all technical issues within 48 business hours. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a store credit or replacement product of equal or greater value may be offered at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks with evidence of delivery and your agreement to these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being permanently suspended and may be referred to relevant fraud prevention services.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
We evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may issue a store credit (not a cash refund) in genuinely exceptional situations. This will only be considered where:
- The product delivered was materially different from what was described in the listing.
- A technical issue verified by our team prevented reasonable access to the product.
- Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a specific remedy.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be used on any LOBIXO product.
6. Consumer Protection Compliance
Nothing in this policy is intended to, and nothing shall, exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the policy shall continue in full force and effect.
EU/UK consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive or Consumer Rights Act 2015. We comply with all applicable mandatory requirements.
