1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LOBIXO website at lobixo.com ("Website") or purchasing any of our digital products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and refrain from making any purchases. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LOBIXO.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and purchase any Products. By using our Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Products and Digital Delivery

LOBIXO sells digital business kits ("Kits") that are delivered electronically via secure download links. Each Kit contains digital files, templates, guides, and supporting materials as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

  • All Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
  • Digital Products are delivered immediately upon successful payment processing.
  • Your download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Download links are valid for a limited period as specified in your delivery email. Please download your files promptly.
  • LOBIXO reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase of a Kit, LOBIXO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital assets contained in the Kit for your own legitimate commercial business purposes. This license includes the right to:

  • Customize and adapt the templates, copy, and designs for your own brand.
  • Use the content to operate, market, and grow your own business.
  • Deploy the templates and assets in your business operations.

This license specifically prohibits:

  • Reselling or redistribution: You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the Kit files in their original or substantially similar form to any third party.
  • Repackaging: You may not repackage or rebrand the Kit as your own product for resale, including as part of a bundle, without our explicit written permission.
  • Sharing: You may not share your download link or the Kit files with others who have not purchased a license.
  • Commercial licensing: You may not create competing products or services based substantially on our Kit content.

All intellectual property rights in the original Kit content, framework, structure, and methodology remain the exclusive property of LOBIXO. Your customized outputs are your own.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card details.
  • All sales are final upon successful payment processing. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
  • LOBIXO reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LOBIXO does not warrant that our Products will generate any specific level of income, business results, or other outcomes. Business success depends on many factors beyond the Kit itself, including your individual effort, skill, market conditions, and execution. Results described in testimonials or marketing materials are illustrative and not typical.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOBIXO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

In no event shall LOBIXO's total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Website or Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our Website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from our Website without permission.
